"Colour and painting is my passion and expression of mood, emotion and feeling and this is expressed through my art.
I like to create original and hand painted art, exploring the surface of the linen paper, plain and canvas, capturing the character and personalityof a person in my portraits, my budgie Tweety and other animals. I am inspired by textiles and I also paint interesting objects with decoration from tea cups and saucers to retro telephones, capturing the form of the object. I am also inspired by animals, wildlife and nature.
